Norman has worked in Chapel Hill/Carrboro for many years, owning several salons before joining Gail at Fringe Salon. 

Norman is punctual and takes his time with each client to deliver what his clients want and need for their hair.

Gail opened Fringe Salon in 2006 and enjoys being part of the community in many aspects. She enjoys working with color and highlighting techniques
